Our expanding Online Department is looking to grow its team by recruiting another online Sales Co-ordinator.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Knowledge of online sales portals such as Amazon and eBay
- A good degree of computer literacy
- Previous experience in a retail environment whether in-store or telesales
- An excellent telephone manner
- Natural business acumen

The role will include:

- Processing, packing and dispatching orders
- Handling telephone enquiries and sales
- Maintaining our websites and a large eBay store

Further to this, it would be advantageous for the candidate to have experience of CMS (Content Management Systems), SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) techniques, an understanding of online marketing methods and an appreciation of the impact that social networking websites such as Facebook and Twitter can have in the retail industry.

This role will initially be a Part-time position but has the potential to become full-time for a suitable candidate as our business grows. Salary will be £6.00/hr, but is negotiable, according to the applicant.
